Please review your order as soon as you receive it.  If you believe your order is defective or incorrect, please contact us at rattledazzle@yahoo.com within five days of delivery.

Items may be returned within 15 calendar days of purchase for exchange or store credit only.  Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused/unworn and in new, original condition.  Items must also have original tags.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
